- Your physical or electronic signature (typing your full legal name is sufficient for electronic submissions).

- Your name, address, and telephone number
- A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located (or if outside the United States, for any judicial district in which Apollo Group TV may be found), and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notification or an agent of such person
4. Repeat Infringer Policy
Apollo Group TV has adopted a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances and at our sole discretion, accounts of users who are deemed to be repeat infringers. We may also, at our sole discretion, limit access to our service and/or terminate the accounts of any users who infringe any intellectual property rights of others, whether or not there is any repeat infringement.
5. Processing Timeline
- Upon receipt of a valid DMCA takedown notice, we will remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material expeditiously, typically within 24-48 hours.
- We will notify the user who posted the material of the removal.
- Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification, we will forward it to the original complainant and inform them that we may restore the removed content in 10-14 business days.
- If the copyright owner does not file a court action seeking an injunction against the alleged infringer, we may restore the content.
6. Misrepresentation
Please be aware that under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f), any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material or activity is infringing, or that material or activity was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, may be subject to liability for damages, including costs and attorneys’ fees.

The information in this policy is provided for informational purposes only and does not constitute legal advice. We recommend that you consult with your own legal counsel before filing a DMCA notice or counter-notification.
